The CCC CIP Code Taxonomy is a searchable reference resource that helps California Community Colleges explore relationships among Taxonomy of Programs (TOP), Classification of Instructional Programs (CIP), and Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes. Use the available tabs and filters to search by TOP or CIP code, review associated code relationships and CIP descriptions, and identify related occupations. This resource is provided for reference and planning purposes; users should follow current CCCCO and MIS guidance when selecting or reporting codes.
